How do I create a fundraising event?
Click the “Start Fundraising” button and enter your email to create your account. Then, click “Create Event” and fill out a short form. It takes less than 2 minutes to launch your fundraiser.
How do I invite my team members to join my event?
When your event is created, you'll receive a unique event join code. Share this code with your team. Members simply create an account on FundChamps.com, enter the code, and they’ll be added to your event.
How long do fundraisers last?
Each fundraiser runs for 7 days, giving you plenty of time to reach your team’s goal without dragging on for weeks.
Where can I see the available socks?
We keep our collection fresh by updating styles based on what sells best. You can preview our current lineup anytime in the Demo store
What is a “socks store”?
Each team member gets a personalized online store they can share with friends, family, and their community. Every purchase through that store is credited to both the team and the individual.
How can team managers track fundraising progress?
We provide a real-time event dashboard that shows how much each member has raised, plus a detailed store-level breakdown. Everything is tracked automatically and transparently.
How can supporters donate?
Supporters can shop directly through any team member’s store. When they buy socks, their purchase counts as a donation toward your fundraiser.
Who handles orders, shipping, and refunds?
We do. FundChamps processes payments, fulfills orders, and ships socks directly to supporters. If refunds are needed, we take care of those too.
How much profit does my team keep?
Your team keeps 50% of every sale (excluding shipping).
How much do teams earn per pair of socks?
Socks are priced between $12 and $16, meaning your team earns $6–$8 per pair sold—the highest rate in the industry.
How does shipping work?
We charge a flat $6 shipping fee for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free. This small fee allows us to give your team a full 50% of every sale—something most fundraisers don't offer.
How do payouts work?
When your event ends, we'll send your team's profit via check or ACH transfer (your choice). Payout instructions will be emailed, and funds are typically sent within a few business days.
What does it cost to start a fundraiser?
Absolutely nothing. There are no fees, no upfront costs, and no minimums. You only make money when socks are sold.
Can any group use FundChamps?
Yes! Schools, sports teams, sororities/fraternities, community groups, dance clubs, youth organizations, and more. Any team, any size can fundraise with us.
How fast can we start raising money?
Immediately. Many groups launch their event and begin collecting sales the very same day.
Do supporters have to be local?
No. Since everything is online, supporters can order from anywhere in the U.S., and socks are shipped directly to them.
