How do I create a fundraiser?
Click “Start a Fundraiser” or open the FundChamps app. Enter your email to get a one-time code, no password needed. Then create your fundraiser in under 2 minutes.
How do I invite my team members to join?
When your fundraiser is created, you’ll get a unique join code. Share it with your team. Members open the FundChamps app or visit the website, enter the code, and they’re in.
How long do fundraisers last?
Each fundraiser runs for 7 days, giving you plenty of time to reach your team’s goal without dragging on for weeks.
Where can I see the available socks?
We keep our collection fresh by updating styles based on what sells best. You can preview our current lineup anytime: see a demo store.
What is a “socks store”?
Each team member gets a personalized online store they can share with friends, family, and their community. Every purchase through that store is credited to both the team and the individual.
How can team managers track fundraising progress?
The FundChamps app and website both show real-time progress. You can see how much each seller has raised, check the leaderboard, and view a store-level breakdown. Everything is tracked automatically.
How can supporters donate?
Supporters shop through any team member’s store. Every sock purchase counts toward your fundraiser, and supporters can also add a cash donation at checkout.
Who handles orders, shipping, and refunds?
We do. FundChamps processes payments, fulfills orders, and ships socks directly to supporters. If refunds are needed, we take care of those too.
How much profit does my team keep?
Your team keeps 50% of every sale.
How much do teams earn per pair of socks?
Socks are priced between $12 and $16, meaning your team earns $6–$8 per pair sold, the highest rate in the industry. You can track every sale and your projected payout right in the FundChamps app.
Can supporters donate without buying socks?
Yes, with a small catch. Supporters need to purchase at least one item, and from there they can add unlimited direct donations on top. 90% of every direct donation goes straight to your fundraising team.
How do payouts work?
When your event ends, we'll send your team's profit via check or ACH transfer (your choice). Payout instructions will be emailed, and funds are typically sent within a few business days.
What does it cost to start a fundraiser?
Absolutely nothing. There are no fees, no upfront costs, and no minimums. You only make money when socks are sold.
Can any group use FundChamps?
Yes! Schools, sports teams, sororities/fraternities, community groups, dance clubs, youth organizations, and more. Any team, any size can fundraise with us.
How fast can we start raising money?
Immediately. Many groups launch their event and begin collecting sales the very same day.
Do supporters have to be local?
No. Since everything is online, supporters can order from anywhere in the U.S., and socks are shipped directly to them.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! The FundChamps app is available on iOS and Android. Use it to create fundraisers, manage your store, track sales, follow the leaderboard, and share with supporters, all from your phone.
Does everyone on the team need the app?
It depends on the role. Fundraising managers can create and run the fundraiser entirely from the website, no app needed. Team members who set up their own personal sock store will each need to download the FundChamps app on iOS or Android.
