How much does it cost to run a fundraiser?
Nothing. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee, no inventory to buy upfront, and no payout fee. FundChamps earns from its share of each sale, which pays for making the socks and candles and handling every order.
How much does my team keep from sock sales?
50% of every sale. Socks are priced $12–$16, so your team earns $6–$8 per pair. We handle production, packing, and shipping.
How much does my team keep from candle sales?
50% of every sale. Candles are priced $25, so your team earns $12.50 per candle. We handle production, packing, and shipping.
Who pays the standard credit card processing fee?
Stripe, our payment provider, charges the standard credit card processing fee on every card payment. On sock orders it comes out of FundChamps' share, never your team's.
When do we get paid?
When your 7-day fundraiser ends, we send your team's funds by check or ACH transfer, your choice. There's no payout fee. Need more time? Email us at help@fundchamps.com and we'll extend your fundraiser.
Are there any minimums, contracts, or setup fees?
None. Your fundraiser has no sales minimum, and there is no contract, no setup fee, and no sales rep. You can create a fundraiser yourself in 30 seconds.
What happens if we don't hit our goal?
Nothing at all. There is no penalty. Every sale still counts toward your payout.
